Research and Development Manager


If you enjoy working on small, medium and large scale projects and analyzing data from a variety of international sources this role could be for you.

About the Role

Working on establishing regular response mechanisms and creating research report from our audiences, would-be clients and media buyers, our network channel content mix will be substantially guided by the insight provided through your work in this important role.

A range of international studies both continuous and ad-hoc within the broadcast media and online arena are required, and we are looking for someone who can manage these projects, interpret the data and communicate the results both internally and as a part of client-projects.

The role is full-time and based in Beijing, China. Occasionally domestic and international travel will be required to attend meetings, forums and such like.

Communication is key - you need to be able to confidently recommend insights from respected, solid research findings that will positively impact our long-term business strategy.

About You

We are looking for highly educated individuals with gravitas, who can demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as strong communications skills. You will need a master’s degree in a research related subject and more than 3 years of marketing and/or research industry experience, either agency or client-based.
